- The Hopkinsville Community College Human Resource Office serves the HCC employee by
assisting with employee benefits, employee relations, staff development, employment, and
payroll processing. The Human Resource Director works closely with the Chief Business Affairs Officer
and serves the community college employee and public under the leadership of the
Department of Fiscal Affairs.
